Payment Term

Any payments to be made by you to the third party through the site are your sole obligation which shall not be discharged until the amount of the relevant payment has been received by the relevant third party under that contract and/or agreement.

Your instruction to process a bill payment transaction shall be deemed to be an absolute and irrevocable authorization by you for the CARV’s system to debit from your financial institutions by means of your CARV’s Account and pay the amount as entered into the site to the relevant third party.

You will not hold CARV responsible for other loss, injury, claim, liability, or damage (“Loss“) related to your use of any linked and/or third party website, including, without limitation, if this Loss related to users’ content, actions or inactions or their statements and representations made through CARV’s instant messaging service or posted on CARV.
